Why has my VIP level been reset to 1 star, when it was promised we would be platinum for life?

My vip status has also been reset to one star despite previously being guaranteed lifetime diamond vip status?

yes, sorry mine was diamond as well, and they said lifetime.

yet have now recinded on that, yet my own lifetime chat ban,they say will never be lifted, double standards or what?

Email the cheats, they are just crooks if they get away with this!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for this. We noticed yesterday when receiving our data report that many players had lost their permanent diamond vip status.

For those who are new to the site, up to December 2008 we offered permanent diamond vip, before iPoker stopped sites allowing it. The Race system is very good though so makes sure everyone gets a very good deal.

We emailed the Betfred Manager about this and he replied this morning.

We have emailed them a list of all players who need to be re-upgraded to Diamond permanently.

It is a manual process so they are working their way through the list and it should all be done by tomorrow.

Very sorry again for this. We're awaiting to find out why this happened, as for all other months this has not happened, I expect some software upgrade must have removed the permanent setting.

We'll post as soon as we get confirmation everyone who signed up pre-December 2008 have been re-upgraded.

thanks chris, any chance they will as a token guesture for the upset and pain caused over this, that they will lift my LIFETIME chat ban

unfortunately betfred cannot help as ipoker decide about chat bans, hopefully one day though they will allow it back

Sorry to see your VIP has not been re-upgraded.

Betfred have re-upgraded all the players on the list we emailed them. However, it is a manual process so either they missed you or you were not on the list by accident.

Please could you email to info@ukstudentpoker.com or post here your Betfred username and we can get you re-upgraded very quickly(please note this is only for players who signed up pre-December 2008 before iPoker stopped allowing this, all new players till get a super deal via our Weekly Race )
